In the past four decades, we have grown from a small startup into a multinational company with over 60 locations worldwide and annual net sales of €32.7 billion in 2025. Our customers include all the world’s leading chipmakers like Intel, Samsung and TSMC. We provide them with everything they need – hardware, software and services – to mass produce patterns on silicon through lithography.
